Domestic Shipping PolicyShipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO addresses

ExoticFlame ships to addresses WORLDWIDE.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

ExoticFlame is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

ExoticFlame is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 30-day return policy. 

Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required. 

If the following applies to your order: 

- is harmed or broken 

This is not what you ordered. 

- Some components are missing 

- It took or is taking more than 30 days to arrive.


Contact us on our website or Instagram @exotic_flame_co to begin a return. If your request is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label along with directions on how and where to send your package. We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.


Refunds 

Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.
